Whistleblower Protection Act - Procedures is an 18 page publication to establish a system for reporting disclosures of improper conduct or detrimental action by the VWA or its employees. The system enables such disclosures to be made on a confidential basis to the Protected Disclosure Coordinator ('PDC') or to one of the nominated Protected Disclosure Officers.
