New Employer Services report templates
Occupational Rehabilitation (OR) providers who have completed approved WorkSafe New Employer Services (NES) training may provide those services to injured workers who are not able to return to work with their pre-injury employer. WorkSafe refers to these providers as NES providers.
When delivering NES to workers who need a new job with a new employer, NES providers complete a number of reports designed for that purpose.
To fast track payment, NES providers submit the relevant NES report together with their invoice.

The following templates are used for NES and NES Refresher. The Explanatory Notes provide advice on how to load the templates onto the NES provider’s server or computer and what information should be included by that provider when completing the relevant NES report.
