Your employer is required to consult with you on a range of matters that may directly affect your health and safety. If you are represented by an HSR, the HSR must also be included in the consultation.
When your employer consults on a health and safety issue, you need to consider the information that you are provided with and give feedback to the employer through your HSR.
In the absence of an HSR, provide your feedback directly to the employer.
