Review

It’s important to review your risk controls regularly to ensure they are implemented or used correctly and to monitor their effectiveness.

You need to review (and, if necessary, revise) your risk controls whenever changes are made to the workplace that could increase risks, such as changes to the way work is done or to the substances used.

A review is also necessary if any employees suffer any health problems that may be associated with the hazardous substance used or if a health and safety representative requests one.
